Transportation Master Plan
The Transportation Master Plan helps determine our community’s current and future transportation needs, guiding how the City of Burien will invest in transportation over the next 20 years. The plan was last updated in 2012. The City needs your ideas about how to keep our transportation network safe, healthy, and efficient.
The updated plan will include recommendations about how to pay for improvements. This plan influences transportation decisions for the next 20 years.

Community members are also invited to complete a survey to provide more input into Burien’s long-range vision. The survey will be open until November 30, 2022. The survey will be available in Spanish, Vietnamese, and Amharic next week.
