How many steps are there in Eagle Landing Park? 257? 289? A lot. Come join WABI Weekday Walkers on the third Wednesday of the month, August 20, for this end-of-the-summer challenge. Walk at your own pace, and tackle as many steps as you feel comfortable with. The reward at the bottom? A newly repaired staircase (!) leading to a quiet beach.

Time: Gather around 9:15 am so we can leave promptly at 9:30 am.
Meeting Place: Meet by the arch at Lake Burien School Park, NOT Eagle Landing Park, due to limited parking. Lake Burien School Park is on SW 149th Street, between 16th Avenue SW and 18th Avenue SW, and is about 6 blocks from Eagle Landing.
