Our walking friends in Seattle, the SoundStriders, put on a three-day walk every year. Last year, WABI hosted their walks in exotic Burien and Tukwila. This year, they will be walking in Edmonds, Redmond, and other points north. The walks will be Tuesday, May 22;, Wednesday, May 23; and Thursday, May 24. Walks start at 9:30 am and end in the afternoon with the SoundStriders’ legendary Happy Hour. You can walk one, two, or (for bragging rights) all three days. Each day is about 11 miles. No pre-registration is required, but you will be asked for a small donation to cover costs.
