Our next monthly walk of the Des Moines Waterland Walking Group is this Sunday.
- When: Sunday, July 16, 2017
- Time: Walking starts at 11:00 AM.
- Where: Meet at the fishing pier at the Des Moines Marina. We will walk the ¼ mile over to the trailhead of the Des Moines Creek Trail, then walk the 2 mile trail up to the other end on 200th. The trail is paved the entire way, is slightly uphill, and is mostly thru the woods, so is shaded from the sun. Then we will return to the Marina. You do have an option of turning around at any time if you are unable or don’t have the time to walk the entire 4½ miles.

Paid parking is in affect at the Marina, so you will need to either pay by the hour/day or buy an annual pass if you are a Des Moines resident. Get all the INFORMATION HERE.
