Join a certified Cascade Bicycle Club instructor for this 1-hour introductory class that covers:
- Choosing and adjusting a bicycle
- The rules of the road
- Riding safely and comfortably
- Planning your bike route
- Clothing, helmets, and gear
- Basic bike maintenance
